Russia is not in Asia. Only part of Russia is in Asia. Anything east of the Caucasus mountains is in Asia while everything west of the Caucasus mountains is in Europe.

The assumption that this video is Asian is racist because is because it follows the mindset: “Look at how weird this is, it must be Asian!”
As for Russia, Russians aren’t Asians for the same reason Brazilians aren’t Americans (despite living in the Americas). The term “Asian” is generally limited to East Asia with exceptions made for those living on the Indian subcontinent (sometimes). Claiming that someone living in Russia is Asian in order to justify the initial claim that the video is Asian is ignorant at best and douchebaggery semantics at worst.
